David F Jackson and the Bay area museum

In a recent Blog in which Mr White has a pending lawsuit against David F Jackson and the Bay Area Radion Museum Mr. Jackson Mis Represented himself and the information regarding CVES Inc. Mr Verne White and partners in the Radio ventures.Mr Farrell mis represented in his blog the ownership of all of CVES Inc. stations and Businesses and misrepresented the intent of the Internet station know as KYA Radio. He failed to state that while there are 9 different DJ's around the country using the monicer of " Chris Edwards" that in fact none of them really uses their real name and that this is in fact a stage name used by many DJ's. He totallally misrepresented holdings and percentage of ownership by my White who is a 90% owner of CVES Inc.
Mr Jackson continues to file false report on both Verne J. White and Chris E. White and continues to mis state the truth as he has caused CVES to take pending legal action. Mr Verne White and his legal council have asked for a face to face meeting with Mr Jackson to get these blogs removed and/ or get the facts stated in a truful and honest matter. Mr Jackson has FAILED to show up at each and every scheduled meeting.
We are now trying to get a meeting set up for the NAB Convention in April.
MR JACKSON by contuning to make FALSE statement and then print them has set himself up and his so called non profit orgination for a lawsuit!
